The "Official" 2013/14 Other teams matches thread

Thats unbelievable lol. I guess the bookies knew the goal was coming.

I also had QPR win me £115 from £20 after their 90th minute goal too (Arsenal were on the same bet)

Lucks in... mayeb I should put a bet on Spurs?

anybody else thinking the title is Chelsea's to lose next year with the return of Lukaku? They'll surely add one or 2 others (probably a CB and DM) but after a year of understanding Mourinho's desired style of play i just don't think it will be fair honestly

Sunderland with 65% possession and 88% pass success, but losing to Villa.

Who says he's going back there? From the looks of it, Lukaku and Mourinho don't get on.

I can't believe people are surprised when Arsenal score a late goal, they've been doing it for decades. I always assume they will score late.

I think Lukaku is still two years away at least.

He's still pretty raw on some of his passing and hold up play, but undoubtedly has all the tools and is already a beast. Would love to have him.

Will be one of the best 5 strikers in world by his mid-twenties.

Next PL round -

12:45
Cardiff v West Ham
15:00
Everton v Norwich
15:00
Fulham v Sunderland
15:00
Southampton v West Brom
15:00
Tottenham v Crystal Palace
15:00
Man Utd v Swansea
17:30
SUN 12 JAN 2014 - PREMIER LEAGUE
Saudi Sportswashing Machine v Emirates Marketing Project
14:05
Stoke v Liverpool
16:10
MON 13 JAN 2014 - PREMIER LEAGUE
Aston Villa v Arsenal

I guess a small chance that Pool could drop two points so we could catch them if we win.

Will be tough for Saudi Sportswashing Machine but Chelsea and Everton should win. I expect Man U to bounce back and be hot on our tails.

So really, it's a MUST WIN to stay in the hunt for fourth.

We play before Liverpool so it's a great opportunity to overtake them. Can't see Everton dropping points at home, but would be great if they did, we'd be sitting in 4th place by the Sunday!

That is a f ucking penalty!!! Flamini subbed-is that for Saturday or is he injured?
If that is the highlights then Cardiff did well.

Watching MOTD:

- Outrageous & totally ridiculous tackle by Debuchy. Get off the pitch you monkey.

- There's braindead, and then there's Kevin Nolan. Twice in a few weeks for no reason. Unbelievable.

- Close runners-up in braindead stakes though: Chammack and Pennant. Fking idiots.

- Cool, cool pen by the WBA kid v. Toon in last couple of mins.

- Christian Benteke anyone?

- Everton, Saudi Sportswashing Machine, Arsenal and Liverpool really have had good runs. Surely they are all due a wobble?

- 3rd from bottom Palace have 17 points...Hull and Villa in 10th/11th have only 23. I reckon all those 11 teams still got work to do.
