Can someone pull up the passing stats for Daws? Some awesome crossfield balls to Rose, some overhit/wide

Happy with the performance, was always going to be tricky today with Palace being back in the Prem, first home game of the season for them etc but I think we've bossed it. We look comfortable in defence, Lloris hasn't done anything, central midfield looks beastly, Lennon and Walker doing well on the right.

Out of our three new signings on the pitch once again just like against Espanyol, I think Paulinho has been the better of the three.
 
Good, solid first half from Spurs but we really should have made more of the opportunities we created.

8 to 1 in Spurs favour for goal attempts and Spurs with over twice the possession than Palace tells its own story.

Yeah we look good. Walker and Lennon are combining well down the right, that's new. Rose and Chadli still need a bit of work together though, they don't quite seem to have the chemistry yet.


Doing well in the middle, had a couple of decent chances. I feel we need to try getting the ball to Sigurddsson a little more, however it's just a matter of time until we score in my mind.
 
Still don't like Siggy central though. I'm not sure what it is about him there but I can't quite put my finger on it. I think he just offers more on the left than centrally, for us anyway.
 
As predicted a tough first half with palace giving their all.

We have to keep patient and keep creating chances. We could have easily scored from a few half chances. Chaldi doesn't look settled or confident yet. They need to have confidence - every player is better than Palace. Go show your quality boys.
 
Sig completely invisible most of the time, other than that it's been good. Not sure what game some of you are watching.

What game are you watching. He seems to be ambling about as if its still pre season. Walker has been much more dangerous and up for it.
We need to up the intensity.

Dembele is having a good game. Siggy much better in the middle than usual.
 
First half pretty much as expected. It follows the same pattern as most games we played last season against teams who sat back and defended in numbers. We have a lot of possession, but we are we lacking severely in movement off the ball, tempo on the ball, and can't open them up. Our first proper chance came after 48 minutes with Chadli. We have looked threatening on the right hand side a few time when Walker and Lennon have combined, but all in all a disappointing performance.

He almost scored. A feet either side with his shot and we're 1-0 up. We're close. We must keep our heads up.
