Hay Fever

I dont suffer from hay fever but every morning when i wake up I have these horrible bright green crusty bogies !!!

These keep me going. 2 in the morning and I'm able to survive most of the day. Only ones that actually work for me.

I'm a Beconase (nasal spray) man myself, a couple of squirts in the morning and evening and barely notice the hayfever.
 
Hay fever is pretty much the worst ailment there is. It fudging sucks but to those who don't have it the moaning doesn't seem justified. I've figured out my way of sorting it out most of the time but at it's worst, when suffering properly from hay fever it's fudging impossible to do anything. Inability to see, running nose, constant sneezing, itchy eyes and drowsiness just for the laughs.

Hay fever can fudge itself. Do we seriously not have an actual cure?!?!?!

I don't get hayfever, if I did I would look into a histamine free diet for the very high periods like now though. Plus plenty Vit C and fluids

Edit : Don't agree with much of the tone of nutritionmd, it looks at it from a commercial view (discussing it as supplements which need studying). If you replace the Vit C with Lemon water, the Vit E with seeds, spinach, mustard greens, peppers then you would be really advancing.

Strongly disagree about dairy, the focus should be on quality, like demeter meat, eggs, organic grass fed milk/butter, goods fats. Especially for pregnant/nursing mothers, raw milk is so very close go mothers milk, though things differ like the Vitamin K2 are Menaquinone 7 in good dairy, which the mother converts to K2 MK4 in mothers milk, but it is the long chain form of K2 in good quality dairy (particularly unpasterised brie) which allows for greater absorption, it's simple math. These elements, like lacto-ferrin, in unadulterated foods mean by their polarity they are not immunoglobin E irritants IMO.

This time of year is generally difficult but the pollen levels are definately higher this year. Being an asthmatic hayfever sufferer living on a farm (currently silaging) has its difficult moments. I take benadryl tablets and use my reliever inhaler if my airways start getting tight. Doesn't fully go but makes it all much more bearable.
 
My eyes are most affected but by taking a pill and carrying eye drops around it's not too bad, when it gets really bad it feels like someones shoved a few tiny shards of broken glass under my eyelid.

So he's saying (without actually saying it directly), as I said in my recent rant thread, that the massive nitrogen poliferation unleashed on us by Monsanto and the potash crews have made the lands so devoid of life they can no longer weather a storm, that chemtrails are needed to stop these massive storms... or, you know, we could say to Monsanto ''Get F*cked, you aren't doing this to our world anymore'' that would seem more benevolent of an action to me.

Those articles read as parody (well the GHod one for sure, the rest I wasn't interested in), but the chemtrail article was not.

Edit: seemingly it was, so it was a bad link sorry, I was just googling chemtrails when I saw it.

Anyway, I'm 100% sure to you they are just contrails.

I'm glad you realized, I'm not sure I would have been up to an argument about the validity of that "article" :)
