Got to be smart here - Sunderland are going allout - should play to our counter attacking strengths - shame JD is off though
 
Few good chances missed today. Dont agree with a lot of the comments in here though that are acting like they are "miss of the season" contenders. Ade in the first half just reacted quickly and the ball was high so it hit the bar - should score but can understand how he didnt. Defoe didnt have the perfect ball so stumbled trying to set it and ended up having to just hit it rather than put it where he wanted. Ade 1 on 1, again should score but keeper made the save.

I don't think you can appeal yellow cards. Thing is that Atkinson has to be SURE there is a dive to give a card, which he obviously can't be.

The thing is, the falls don't look convincing - take Walker's example.

We've had a skills coach in the past, maybe we need an acting coach. This way we may get some justified penalties and fouls?!
 
Stupid Sunderland fans booing Bale off. With their own players looking like they've been shot at the slightest of touches, while being given carte blanche themselves.
