Circus ManUnitus - Nobody's At The Wheel

Most of that money goes in the Glazers pockets. The rest is mispent by INEOS.
1.4b net in the last 10 years, that's slightly more than the Glazers have taken out over the time they've owned Utd. Not defending the Glazers, only interested in money and have ran Utd terribly (look at the state of the stadium, never mind the team), but Utd have spent more than anyone and done so badly. Hopefully it continues.

But .. they could have spent that money plus money spent paying interest & debt, plus money paid to Glazzers

A well run United would have destroyed European football

Exactly. The sale to the Glazers was a terrible deal for the club. They had zero debt and was a money printing machine.

The 1.4bn they've spent on interest and money the Glazers have taken out is the equivalent of a brand new world class stadium. But they're left with the brick hole that is Old Trafford and Ratcliffe trying to get handouts from the government for the circus tent he wants to build. Jokers.
