Jason Arday

Can we not just treat the colour of peoples skin as irrelevant? Treat everyone equally?
Give every child a good education and let them sink or swim based on merit?

The UK is not America. The people in this country came here of their own free will and stayed.

This is what we'd hope for...it is also, sadly, a utopia right now? Here's hoping it can one day happen.

I think it is a very interesting story TBH, and personally, what I have taken from it is that Cambridge has actually committed an enormously poor series of actions that deserve to be spotlit as to my eye, their enabling of Aday is abusive and 'user' behavior which in the end has left him in the crosshairs of an angry public and angry time. I hope the Cambridge 'elite' get hammered over this. They deserve to.

Your absolutely right about Cambridge but Arday was also fully aware and happy to play along with his role in the grift. The footage of him that got released over the weekend excepting accolades and prizes for made up charity work are quite revealing. The guy is an actual head case. And while he doesn’t have the academic intelligence claimed, he is still an intelligent person. Just in a very sinister way.

And still Cambridge are the worst of the lot.

I haven’t really been following this in any detail so my comment is from a position of ignorance I admit, but is this an example of a social media pile-on leading to so much pressure that
it leads to suicide?
Whatever the background this is incredibly sad for his family and friends. Even if he has done wrong, does it warrant backing someone into a corner such that killing themselves is seen as the only answer?

Death by media, really.

It’s sad that anyone feels so hopeless that they see no option but to take their own life.

Hopefully his family are left alone as they are the true victims here.

As I’ve said since this story broke, Cambridge need to be held accountable for enabling him and I hope that doesn’t get swept under the carpet.

Don't you fukin dare. You kept this thread alive purely due to your obsessive hatred of DEI and this is one part of the internet where the pile on happened.
