I remember Nkoudou and Corluka were signed up quite some time before being announced

Maybe we have decided to delay registration/announcing until new accountancy period/PSR period. Maybe part of the agreement with Saudi Sportswashing Machine was to delay or maybe our social media guru is having a well deserved break as all the recent activity for him might be stressing him out. Either way, who cares - unless they say it’s not happening all signs point to the opposite
