Sandro Tonali

I don’t speak a world of Italian but just used the google translate app on the video and this is the copy and paste of it.

“everything is different, we have decided to change so we are ready for this new Ventura, listen also for the national team, now there is the Maldini hypothesis, how much you would like it, we haven't spoken about it yet, but it will certainly be an emotion to always work with”
Ace!

The chicken from the chip shop by Northumberland Park station is much better than Chick King

First went to Chick King in 1992… controversial opinion, but it’s never been the best…it’s just the one…

A single taste of that grease and memories of all the great matches come rolling back.

Back to Tonali, really hope we sign him.

For starters it will change the narrative around the club. But also, I’d much rather we spend £100 on one player that is close to a sure thing, rather than 2 x £50 on 2 players who have “potential”.

We have enough potential, and ideally need 2 quality midfielders, a LW and striker.

Hopefully outgoings will mean we can spend £250m to £300m on these four players.

The media coverage has been hilarious this summer (and before that tbh)

“Spurs don’t sign anyone, why? They aren’t good enough”

“Spurs have a tiny wage barrier that they they will never break, it’s why they never get anywhere”

“Big clubs decide what a player is worth and are willing to pay it to get the player, that’s why Spurs aren’t a big club”

“Spurs are now trying to sign players, but we think these players are better than playing for Spurs”

“Spurs look like they might get these players, the players must just be after the money”

“Spurs are paying them big wages, we now think that’s a bit reckless”

“Spurs have actually signed them now, the players must be bang average”

“Spurs paid a big fee, we now think they’ve overpaid”

Constant hypocrisy and changing the goalposts just so you can bash the club - pathetic.
Indeed.
Witness this from only two weeks ago.
