Of course, that goes without saying. I was referencing the build project in my post though - widely seen as an incredible achievement delivering what they did in that timescale.


I've worked with Mace on a couple of projects and having them as a management team only probably saved the project a great deal in terms of cost & time if what I've seen of them is any kind of marker. I seem to remember at the time the talk was that no construction company wanted to take it on as a complete package due to the logistics and timescale vs the penalties, which is why we went with the approach we did.
