These jokers…

Ange was Munn's man, Frank was Lange's. Jol was Arnesen's man, Paratici wanted Gattuso! Lange obviously sold Frank to the board. Based on that, I don't think he's fit to pick managers. If his youth buys are good, fair enough. I'd like to know who recommended Pochettino to Levy, and who recommended Redknapp.
Rent a Quotes bank manager.

Baldini was DoF the summer Poch came in.

I think Pleat always had a lot of influence ovre Levy, up until the last couple of years when they fell out anyway

I wonder if Pleat had a hand in Poch or Arry?
Can't remember who we had as Dof as the time, Hitchen maybe for Poch?
Old Pleaty had Daniel COYS's ear for years and was the only real football man that Levy paid any attention too until Fab came along.

I agree with Lange's eye for youth, he seems to do really well there but there are questions about his ability to sign the sort of calibre we need to progress.
Ideally, I'd like to keep him as a "youth scout" but I doubt that will happen because it'll now be something of a demotion for him.
I was hoping Fab would work on the senior squad, while Lange focused on potential but having two DoF's is always going to cause conflict when they have such different views.

Another issue with how the football side has been run, there no long-term vision or plan.

I always heard Paul Kemsley was the one who convinced Levy of Redknapp (think he was a board member). Good question re: Poch.

I’d imagine Redknapp was seen as a short term fix to get us out of trouble. Probably didn’t foresee him getting us into the top 4 in his first full season from the position we were in when he joined.
