***OMT - Tottenham Hotspur v Emirates Marketing Project, Sunday Feb 1 KO - 4.30pm***

Will Souza make the bench , he seemed to be fully involved in the training video , at least the bench will look stronger than it did a month ago, should have at least six senior outfield players available.

Whatever the injury situation, we need to start building some momentum. The past few games have offered some green shoots in terms of performances if not reflected in the results.

A good 90 minute performance tomorrow is essential to keep this project moving forward.

If the injury report is true, I'd stick with whatever shape it is we're currently most comfortable with (seems to be 3-4-3) and as long as that is what we have prepped for this week, here's what I'd do...again IF this is the shape we've trained for...

Vicario

Palhinha Dragusin Romero

Gray Gallagher Sarr Udogie

Muani Solanke Xavi

If he's going 4-2-3-1 then perhaps this

Vicario

Gray Palhinha Romero Udogie

Gallagher Biss

Muani Xavi Tel

Solanke

leaves Sarr and Dragusin off the bench as our only 'experienced (!!)' options

If 4-3-3 then maybe this

Vicario

Gray Palhinha Romero Udogie

Sarr Biss Xavi

Muani Solanke Tel

I think either of the first two options is best. Not sure Gallagher is 'premmed' up yet for 4-3-3...

Totally agree. Play football the right way and I don't care about the result. Too many injuries so let's get the reserves playing the right way too. Everyone should be playing the same way - give the players the confidence by backing them to play well

Hmm, so regardless of formation, 4321 or 4231 or 343 or 3421, Frank may need to pick 10 of only these 12 players, for example:

.........Palhinha Romero Dragusin

....Gray Gallagher Sarr Bissouma Udogie

..............Muani Xavi Tel

........................Solanke

And then those 2 players struck out will come on after 60 minutes.

Jeez. Gonna be very tough to get the result with 37 players out.

I guess Frank will get the blame if we fail, but this really is a VERY thin choice for him.

Our last prem win was palace 28 dec.
Maybe a win in Feb would be nice. We wont beat City and Goons. We need 3 pts from somewhere this month.

And I wont mention what another great window we have had

I don’t understand how any Spurs SUPPORTER can want us to lose. It makes zero sense. It should be about wanting the best for US, no matter what happens to that brick lot down the road. If you’d rather that we lose any game then I wonder if you’re more Anti Arsenal than you are Pro Spurs.

I think we can beat City. But it would be just us to lose to a late goal scored by Semenyo. So that we can suffer the same fate twice in a month.

I want to see us play with a back three as that seems to work best for us. We need a focused system and playstyle and then go at City, create chances and ideally get a very much needed three points. We need to be aiming for the top six and not looking over our sh shoulder. So let’s go win here, then win every other league match this month. fudge the doubters.

I think we'll see this the more I think about it...especially with Spence and Odobert out.

Vicario

Palhinha Dragusin Romero

Gray Gallagher Sarr Udogie

Muani Solanke Xavi

I just have a feeling that Sarr might be asked to do that right wing back role with all the running he has in him. Gray is more of a back-four RB if that makes sense? I also think because Gray can play centre half, full back or midfield he'll be the one Frank holds back on the bench.

For me, Biss has to play over all the rest of our midfielders based on form.

Would be typical also if Dragusin finally gets his chance and has to play out of position at LCB again, as he has done virtually all his appearances for us. Though with the comparatively less build up from the back under Frank it might not be as much of an issue?

I'm really hoping being up against it in terms of injuries yet again really unites the team and the crowd today and the crowd really gets behind the team even if we're struggling
