Of course they want it to work. Questions need to be asked around their judgement in this appointment. Because everything you are seeing now is stuff that was obvious before, stuff we all hoped would be different (because the board had done their diligence and of course he’d do things differently at Spurs…) but it’s exactly as it is.

There is a good reason to sack him. That is we are in a spiral towards relegation. If Wham have a run of wins we are in trouble. Im not seeing anything in our form that hints of us getting better and winning games. We are just a terrible team at the moment.
