As I type this it hasn't yet been confirmed by the club. However, what do people think. I believe he is an improvement on what we have, but not necessarily what we need.

Why? Just why? There's plenty of opinions and analysis in the other Conor Gallagher thread!
 
Well done, the Atletico owner will now block the transfer and Gallagher will be forced to do an interview standing next to him reluctantly talking about how happy he is with his new contract.
