I think Kudus is just knackered, he starts every game and runs himself into the ground with 3 players hanging off him.
I feel Frank should give more game time to Tel/Odo/Muani rather than always always starting Kudus.

Muani isn’t great on the left but he’s played right winger for Frankfurt before and that’s where he had his best spell. Try him there and let Kudus play centrally while we’re short on numbers. He plays there for Ghana so not unfamiliar territory, and we need someone strong there who can keep the ball.
Or you know, just keep lumping it up and hoping he can take on his chest and beat 3 players

All attacking players will look poor if your only tactic is to defend heavily and lump the ball forward.

Why didn't Frank's attacking players look poor at Brentford? He went through 2 or 3 cycles of attackers there and had them performing
That's a bit harsh on Richarlison - he does more than that.
He gives the ball away 90% of the time and he falls over 10% of the time.

I'm fairly sure that if we give him a couple more seasons of this, he'll have us playing as the underdogs in most matches too.

Is our identity here under him to be similar to the identity of his Brentford side? Seems like it so far...
Given we've been running at a 9th average over 5 years and a 15th average over the last 2, under dogs in most games are what we are...

We haven't had a defined identity to build towards in the last 10 years..............
Our opponents don't seem to think so.
We regularly face a low block against teams with no spaces for Frank's "lump it up top" tactics to work into.
This is why taking managers from little clubs rarely works. It's an entirely different proposition with an entirely different set of tactics and skillset required to manage at a club that wants to be at the top end of the league.
I don't think we play a lump it up top style of football, we play out wide with a focus on crosses sure but it's rarely route one, mostly on the deck and short mid range passes to get there - we are way down the table in terms of long passes for instance. Nor do I think teams set up as the underdog v us. Plenty of teams setup with a low block, especially away from home but that's just their natural game and the way that football is trending in the league atm vs a particular game plan to negate us.

It’s genuinely because he can’t pass. He has to have like 3 steps and shape his body, so always dribbles until he has enough space (or tries a pass regardless but usually goes wrong)
This kind of sounds stupid, but watch him closely and he always has to prepare to pass.
Poch and redknapp both came from "little clubs".
Conte and mourinho had more lump it tactics than either of those.
The passes may be shorter, so let's politely suggest that the ball arrives in the final third some time before the rest of our players do!
If the trend is for teams to play the low block (I don't agree that's the norm, it's just what the team that is happy with a point does), then our system of getting the ball wide and crossing is doomed to fail.
Poch and Redknapp both failed to get past the best of the rest point.
