***Spurs vs Leeds United***, PL, 4th October 2025 at Elland Road

Unconvincing, but 3 points. Defensively excellent in the second half, but our offense needs a lot of work still.
Hmm i know what you mean but I slightly disagree. It wasn't convincing in the sense that we dominated and played them off the park, but it wasn't a snatch and grab. We played quite well in patches, the structure looked good (with our known existing gaps of course). I felt it was largely a positive performance on the balance of things and the type of game we probably wouldn't have won in recent seasons.

Broken our pre international break hoodoo - wasn't the best performance but we seemed a bit better going forwards then in recent matches

Can we play you every week (prior to an international break)!!

Good win, performance a bit up and down. Thought our best spell was the first part of the second half and got a goal from it too.

Several players putting in very good performances, and no one being disappointing imo.

Still things lacking, but a tough place to go and all that. Win before an international break is a good rare happening.

You don't get through a league season and CL season by trying to completely dominate every game the way Ange wanted to do. Elland Road is a tough place to go and we "managed" the game and got the win while preserving energy. I didn't think it was unconvincing i thought it was "managed". I WILL say that again some of the usual suspects WERE unconvincing again like Vicario and Odobert.

The set up was correct, which is the main take away

Improve the players and it's cleaner win

let them have the ball and shot from distance.

For nearly all of the second half we were in control, it was only the last 10 mins or so they really came forward and put us under pressure
Frank reacted by going to 5 at the back with Danso coming on

I thought Vicario was outstanding. Every big save he made came after a shot was deflected.
