Maybe they started getting a flood of complaints when the story first broke? A few clubs made ill-conceived moves in the past for Greenwood and Ched Evans, before fan backlashs caused them to back out

I've spoken about Yemen plenty. Nobody challenges it with your whataboutery. This is why the conflict in Palestine is so telling.

Villareal owners have zero respect for their fans as they want to play one of their top home games v Barca in the USA, so doubt they are bothered about what their fans think about Solomon but might well have an effect on atmosphere in their stadium.
