I starting to think it doesn't anymore. I think all the younger ones will be out on loan or sold by the deadline, Plus we might play 3 at the back quite often.
Maybe though, I suppose A.Madrid might have been told to come back later once we have a replacement sorted.

With Guehi, Lacroix and Zabarnyi being linked recently there's good options publicly being linked with us, let alone what's going on behind the scenes that Lange and Vinai are keeping off the radar

They didn’t have band width to pay for their signings last year and haven’t lost wages so far
Rashford is £400k a week apparently (according to a pod I heard) so that’s £20m for them to add to their wages
It’s exactly why Williams didn’t join
 
Just saw they are interested in Xavi Simons, makes sense they need that 35th midfielder this season just to make sure they have cover
