I accept that I might be steering to close to (or already having) offending you and do apologise for the harm

Dunno if it makes it better or worse but for me my perception hasn’t come from Greek people at all (I have no record of interaction with any Greek people as far as I know so have no opinion) but the football culture itself and seeing stories like the chairman who went onto the field with a gun and a few other odd behaviours I’d heard about Greek owners (but on second reading might have been Marinakis all along)

I'm not that easily offended, so no worries. I just think that stereotyping in general can lead us to a very narrow-minded view of the world. There are bad apples in every religion/nationality/ethnic group.

Hope we play hard ball. And even consider other options. He’s English but nowhere near a £100m player? If we’re being asked to pay circa 70m there must be other options out there.

What do fans think of his skill set?

I am confused haven't we triggered the release clause if so why would we offer more. Have Forrest asked for more or cash plus player or similar.
