***OMT Tottenham Hotspur v Emirates Marketing Project***

The spirit and fight in this team, wow - with no central defenders and our best three midfielders injured, we take on the richest team in the world and get a draw at their place.

Without Harry Kane too. ;)

Brilliant evening, this was a massive result, really, after those three losses.

Defensive mistakes again.

OG from Son, poor from Bissouma, Davies dropping deep.

Get some Cb's back into this team and Sarr, Bentancur and Maddison back available and we playing a bit quicker and more direct at times.

At least we stopped the defeats

Well fudge me. I was critical first half but I thought that was a brilliant second half. I know Neville said they were sloppy but I thought we looked really good without compromising Ange’s principles. The sub was the right one.

Some of the decision making was still crazy like Emerson’s throw and Bissouma’s giveaway for the goal.

Thought every one of the players did well. Davies on the second, Skipp on the third made little contributions that delivered big results.

Credit the players, credit the manager. That was a brilliant second half and deserved draw.
Skipp was brave attempting that, but it worked.

The principles are fine aren’t they. The players need to complement it with making the right the decision.

Biss has stayed faithful to the philosophy, executed the plan perfectly, then went and tried to do it again?? And got caught when he’d already done the hard part.

Got to learn from that. Nothing wrong with releasing the ball or even going longer on occasion to mix it up and turn them around.

Frustrating.

But encouraging as well. What a rollercoaster.

I loved that today, bravery and another reaffirming performance on how we want to play. You can't take away how hard that is with City and the injuries we have. Soon people are gonna actually believe Ange when he says this style is here to stay and will work.
