Had a new pair of boots delivered today (present from husband). In the box there is a label saying "Do not eat. Not for consumption." 
That's my dinner plans scuppered then.
Oh, and got offered a promotion, which is great but I need to think about whether it's what I want. I quite like switching the laptop off around 5pm so need to dig a bit into what the expectations are. I know I'd be managing a couple of people and it's a good while since I've done that.

I’m the same. Have little interest in managing other people. I fully accept that it may put a ceiling on my earning potential. I don’t want ever want to work in a job where I’m still logged on at 9pm or even 6:30pm. Don’t mind doing it occasionally but not if it’s the norm. Time is more important than money to me.

Surprised, but not surprised at that.
I've not seen it but it has not went down well with anyone up here, even press outlets that give her a free ride had a go at her.
Surprised because every interview she has done recently she has come across really badly, not surprised because usually she is very good at setting the narrative and she is rarely challenged by the interviewer.
Ironically she is getting more like thatcher everyday.

I mean, you were right! We ARE just a projection of our imagination, or most of what we attach ourselves to and recognize as something innately "us" are just our imagination, and it makes up most of our worldview. We think it's all chaos and no order, everything is just random, when in fact, it's all perfectly orchestrated behind the curtain! And you can get a glimpse behind the curtain! You'd still crash that golf car though, but even if you died, you wouldn't really die.
