There is a chap on youtube, Denis Shiryaev, has a bunch of these restored flicks including the oldest recorded video, supposedly. He restored the first one I saw which was recorded in San Fran before the big quake. He did the Wuppertal train one too.

They haven’t done a very good job on the speed adjustment, because that was clearly slightly slow motion.
