There's an effective counter to that. Play 3 up front with the wide players really wide! Then we have numerical advantage in midfield. Problem is, we don't have anyone in midfield able to do something with the ball.

It is when Chelsea's tactic has been to push up against the CBs and Dier and Sissoko's inability to take the ball on the turn or under pressure means their is no passing lane available for the CBs to play too. It's been an excellent analysis of the very obvious weakness w have in midfield.

We are struggling due to tactics not mentality.

Disagree. Players have been sloppy. Poor movement, passing, positioning.

I agree. I am hopeful that Dier can regain form but he needs to lose some weight and I am not sure where he will end up playing.

Our movement is so bad. They have players interchanging, breaking the lines etc. We are so static and when you have Dier and Sissoko as your distributors you will struggle.

Bar a few exceptions, most of the team seem to be backing out of challenges
