It is possible to get stopped by a cone though.

Exaggeration aside, he did actually move backwards for at least one challenge he could have won, so the cone would have held its ground.

can’t think of another Spurs player I wished would F off in 30 years as a supporter.

At least Berbatov went on strike off the pitch.

Same. Feels weird - like I’m watching some other team.

I think it's because we have nothing to fight for, I know it's early but Champions League qualifying looks a massive stretch. So when we lose it doesn't matter, even a win doesn't mean much. We're all used to every league game being pivotal but now they're not and everything is unpleasantly muted. We're in this drowned world while Poch does his dead man's walk.

He just has to be dropped for the next match. Lo Celso is fit, just fudging get him in. If he's not 400%, then get Jack Roles or someone to play for him. Eriksen on this form isn't worth much more than fudging Gregorz Rasiak.

It’s ok he will be rested on Wednesday then back raring to be a couldn’t give a fudge stroppy gutless clam on Saturday

What I don't get is - Poch is complaining in the pressers about the harmony in the squad being unsettled, due to uncertainties over player contracts - then why the fudge do you even include those players in your squad? They're clearly not signing a new contract. Just fudging consign them to the youth team - fudge them - and play players that want to play for the mighty Tottenham Hotspur. If playing for Tottenham Hotspur isn't motivation enough, then clearly, you shouldn't be anywhere near the pitch playing for us.

What’s so frustrating is that this is surely a basic of football at any level...

Is it bad taste to appeal that red?

Sons challenge caused him to fall.....the rest happened because he fell into Aurier. No Aurier no break.

Pure emotional driven refereeing

Wasn’t it before the contact with Aurier?

Son knocked him off balance, and as Gomes planted his foot you can see his shin begin to bend / snap as the shin pad comes away.

The clash with Aurier didn’t helping course, but I think the break had already happened / is happening as he caught his studs in the turf.

Nice to see the usual suspects piping up with studs-up challenges.

As with the same predictable defense, lets play a game, 3 questions

- Why start Eriksen?
- Why take N'dombele off first?
- Why wait till 101 minutes to take off Eriksen and use last sub?

If you can answer those, perhaps I can understand why "it no longer matters how bad we are, Poch needs a chance"
