Sanchez has hardly looked confident this season. I don't think that dropping your captain is a good idea. I worry about Gazza's shot stopping, I think that he slow to get down and that it'll get exposed with a run in the team.

If someone’s colourblind then surely playing in a different colour wouldn’t help?
There are different kinds of color blindness. Certain colors are more difficult to tell apart when mixed together for certain people. It doesn't mean I can't see the difference, it just blurs a bit more with certain colors. Had we played in our green, for instance, it would be a lot easier.
