Well so many fans have complained about this diamond setup..but apparently were still playing it.an by the sound of it..it's not working!

Sissoko isn't a pivot or a wide forward - he can't fit into a 4231. Poch insists on playing him and so we end up with this awful fudging diamond brick.
 
We look very disjointed, but then there are lot of players missing. Nevertheless not convinced with formation, and we miss Eriksen (or a player doing the job that Eriksen does when he is playing average/well). We have no play maker at the moment.
 
Okay Mr Pochettino. Time to earn your corn and sort this out. Need to equalise early 2nd half or else can see this being a loooooooooong night
