I think in 5-10 years time, Saracens will be our main tenant. Obviously make hay while the sun shines with the NFL, but that will eventually go the way of the London Monarchs, and rugby seems a more sustainable partnership

Yep we'll coin it in from a rugby club ROFL.

NFL will do all it can to get/move a franchise outside the states. We are in their no.1 city and a Grade A facility. The big bucks comes if we decide to own/run the franchise ourselves, NFL is massive money and we don't have to go from city to city looking for handouts to build a facility, we already have it. Alternatively we just offer a tenancy to an existing team. Either way this is massive for re-financing.

I'd guess the Prem and NFL are the two most moneyed leagues in the world?

One thing my mate who was involved with the stadium design/build says is that people should certainly roam around and explore all areas everywhere as the options are massive. He said to me in Jan he felt it would take 6 months for Park Lane congestion to ease as people started to realize there was equal refreshment everywhere.
