Transfer Window Thread

Why and how has this thread escalated we all know we are not signing anyone. I'm not having a moan but I actually am.

We'll have to sign someone again at some point....!

Less importantly than impatient fans, I wonder what the players think about it. Every player wants to win things so wonder what they think about the hesitancy in the market

If we really are interested in Tielmans I would suggest we can gazump Leicester.

Im not sure we are, but time will tell. If I had to speculate Id say we had other irons in the fire we are waiting on first.

Either way, off loading NKoudou (to anywhere!) helps us...

Who, Tielemans? If we wanted him he’d be ours. I don’t think you really think that he’d choose Leicester over us.

From what I've read it may be out of his hands. Their chairman is apparently only dealing with LCFC as he wants Silva in return.

Our only chance might well be if Tielemans expresses a desire to come to us over Leicester, turn their fans against him from the off and try to engineer a move that way.

...Call it the 'Rabiot approach'. ;)

MONACO IN N'KOUDOU TALKS

Monaco are in advanced talks with Tottenham over a loan deal forGeorges-Kevin N’Koudou, Sky Sports News understands.

St Etienne have also been interested in the 23-year-old winger, who has struggled for game time at Spurs, while Besiktas had an earlier approach knocked back.

N’Koudou recently impressed as a substitute in the win at Fulham, setting up Harry Winks for a stoppage-time winner.

The player started in the FA Cup defeat at Crystal Palace, but is still being allowed to leave the North London club along with Vincent Janssen, who is in talks over a loan move to Real Betis.

Seems like he is in demand!

I’d imagine some are tinkled. I’d imagine some are tinkled we don’t go full pelt for the cups too. These lads have much more time limited careers than Poch, Levy or us (as supporters) so they can’t afford to hang around forever. Some might buy into the vision but looking as the variety of opinions amongst the pundits and supporters, I’m sure some players aren’t impressed with how we do things. They’re only people after all.

So if Janssen and GKN leave for Betis and Monaco, do we have enough time left to bring someone in? Old Saggy Face would have got 3 or 4 in in the remaining time!

Approving 2 loan deals, even for chocolate teapot players plus dembele’s sale must mean we have someone coming in surely???

Hope both players do enough to earn permanent moves otherwise the first team budget merry go round starts again in the summer

We have a few we need to get rid of and will probably be take any chance to do so. It's not like they were playing much.
