What’s he supposed to do? With the injuries we have he has to protect at least some of the important players.

And like it or not, the FA Cup is objectively less important than finishing top four at this stage in the club’s development.
 
Sorry but we are not going to ride this out till March our squad needs some upgrades we lack any creativity without Eriksen. And need another striker a proper CF .
 
Sanchez looks lost in this three man back three. KWP is muted on the left as he is all right foot. George is useless, no movement from Fernando. Trips cannot get a decent cross in. Only Moura has had any little affect.

Rose on please, N' koudou off for Lamela at least.

We haven’t been too bad except for in the final third where we’ve had no edge and at the back where we’ve looked ropey. I know that’s a big pair of caveats but we’ve controlled possession well.

It’s a tough ask. We have a bunch of players who aren’t near our first eleven and who will never play together again and we’re asking them to win away against a decent side at close to full strength.
 
Poch might as well give up this tie imo, leave Rose and Lamela on the bench. Get Sterling on for Moura, so we save Moura for midweek. Get Wanyama on for Dier, same again.

Most of us could see from the starting XI that there is just no proper goal threat in the side. Moura can play with good players around him, he's not gonna do much with Llorente and the superb GKN.

If we want to give it a bash, then get Rose and Lamela on for KWP and GKN.

As an aside, Sanchez needs to shape up quickly. Keeps thinking he can barge people all the time, costs us the first goal with Palace's first attack.

But yeah, we're going out.
 
Kiddies performance from the boys. Skipp and Dier offer nothing. No one has even attempted to cross the ball. I don't get it. I am trying to not think about the performances of the wing backs.
