Tottenham Hotspur Stadium - Licence To Stand

"The substantial presence of Premier League clubs continues to be felt in this year's Deloitte Football Money League," said Deloitte's Sam Boor.

"However, with the Premier League's tender for the next cycle of domestic rights from 2019-20 complete and sale of overseas rights nearing conclusion, it is clear that Premier League clubs will be unable to rely on explosive growth in broadcast distributions as a source of future growth, as has been the case in recent years,

"As a result, we expect an even greater emphasis among these clubs on generating their own growth in the coming season, and in particular the optimisation of commercial revenue, which has been a key area for differentiating growth across most of Europe's leading clubs in recent years."

This looks good for us :)

Now if only the league or UEFA could could come up with a way for clubs to exist mainly off their own revenue, a opposed to having owner money pumped in and disguised as illegitimate income...

I bloody hope so. Lets have that damn bubble burst and get back to something resembling reality.

Our wiring is never getting fixed.

The whole thing is a scam. Its not even a stadium, its all paper mache and balsa wood, the contractor is running the biggest con ever and is about to disappear to the caymans to cash his cheque...

Update from Stacey, who has been giving relatively regular updates on the stadium. I know some don't believe he knows anything that is going on (which is fair enough and I don't know enough about everything to say one way or another) but he has been right about a few things so far so thought I'd post.

Seems a lot more optimistic than he was a few weeks ago, which is good.

Edit: Sorry, not sure how to embed tweets on here.

I recieved a message forwarded on WhatsApp earlier in the week which essentially said the same things as what he has covered in his tweets there - dunno whether that reinforces the sentiment or means he is passing off rumours as his own info or not, hopefully the former
