Justice Kennedy's son worked at Deutsche Bank and was involved in loaning Trump huge and vast sums of money. The headlong rush into full Authoritarian Kleptocratic rule is accelerating. Once Trump has a majority on the supreme court they will pardon him of all his crimes, roll back civil rights laws and employment law.
The Supreme Court doesn't pardon, the president does. He can already pardon his crimes.
If it comes to that, President Pence will probably pardon him, like Ford pardoned Nixon.
