Yep, he's an 8 out of 10 in every aspect and if he keeps working hard he'll be a 9 out of 10
 
Could he be a Modric style player for us? Seems extremely comfortable on the ball, good vision, decent tackler, pass master...needs to carry it forward a bit more (should learn some tricks from Dembele).

He's definitely got Poch's attention, gets minutes most games now.

Love this guy. It feels like every season a new youngster comes through, and it's really looking like Winks is the real deal. Hopefully, KWP, Edwards, Onomah, and CCV are next. COYS.

I would suggest the vacant #8, except it's been a little bit of a cursed one in recent decades - Sherwood, Jenas and Paulinho. It was obviously Gazza's number though.
