So how exactly does it work?

i mean if someone recorded you without your consent and your full name was stated on the video, would that person have grounds to get the video removed?
 
No way lol. Honestly speaking though if it was that easy to remove a video i'm pretty sure 99% of the people who were caught making clowns of themselves would have got it removed. Meh.
