Vinai Venkatesham - CEO

I'm the other way, I was all for giving him time, but I think this window has been a disaster, we are weaker all over the pitch, we've spent more than we can afford and look like the worst rabble in the division.

It's not all on him of course, I have equal scorn for Lange and RDZ.

If I'd have wanted to come into Spurs and fudge them over as much as possible, this is what the squad, transfer spend and wage bill would look like.

In fairness mate, you've been unhappy with the club for a fair few years now...

Looking for a plan in January

Still think this is an opportunity year, City is in trouble, United is it's usual circus, Chelsea unknown, Liverpool probably the best of anyone not the Scum.

If we can put together a run over the next 5 or so games and be in contention around Dec, we need to go to the well in January and improve, get a CF.

Speaks well I think, comes across well:

Says the things that myself and some others suspected re how important (or not) winning on the pitch actually was to the previous leadership. Speaks well and appears to have the right attitude in terms of empowering the coaching team to excel as best they can.
