Tottenham HotspurDaniel: To be one of the most successful clubs in Europe. The new stadium will be a game changer for us as it will create revenues that we can invest in the First Team and deliver success on the pitch - so that is a priority for us.
Can you please make sure we get signings early so they can bed in to the way our manager thinks? please buy a leader at the back, experience in the middle, two wingers who stay out on the wing and supply crosses and a some strikers to help Harry Kane up front?
Daniel: Every club wants to do their business early but there are always three parties involved. Since the transfer window came most of the transactions take place in the final two weeks of the window. We've already announced one signing early which was Kevin Wimmer today!
Who will be in charge of transfers? Poch, levy or other?
Daniel: As has always been the case the coach always makes the final decision.
How do you two get along?
Daniel: We get on very well!
Mauricio: We share a mutual respect and some good red wine!!!

Mauricio: We need the right balance in the team. It's not about age it's about the right profile of player for the team.
Daniel : I think a balance is needed but you can be sure we shall always be a club that embraces youth.
What changes are being made so that we are poised to mount a serious challenge for Top 4 every season?
Mauricio: We need to create a good environment and the right mentality in the squad. It is important that we improve our consistency and sign players with the right profile to give balance to the team, that is the key.
How will you ensure the balance between young academy players and experienced players? Also how can you ensure we do not make the same mistakes as before? Thanks
Mauricio: We need to get the balance in the squad through our knowledge, the way we see the squad and what we want from them to deliver the style. You put this all together then you can decide which profile of player you need to fit the style, and this is how you get the right balance in the squad. It is a process, it's not about a mix of youth with experience.

MP, Will Alex Pritchard be in the first team squad next season?
Mauricio: Yes of course, he is in our plans for next season. He starts pre-season when he gets back from the Euros and we are looking forward to having him back after a successful loan with Brentford.
