Time for some of this methinks...

Just to think all that hard work undone by Daniel Levys willingness to sell our best players summer after summer and employing an absolute clueless manager.

That has actually really depressed me tbh

It was all looking so good and watching spurs was exciting. It doesn't feel like that any more

All of that has just disappeared overnight

What I would do to get that feeling back and celebrate a goal again!

Not much you can do when the player wants to leave. It's best to get top dollar than to have a player on the books who is not committed.

We were the most exciting team in world football then, win or lose, there were goals.

Now we employ the sort of tactics that make us seem like we're aiming for '1-0 to the Tottenham' every game. I've been told by many of my relatives how boring Arsenal used to be, surelly they can't even have been as boring and tedious to watch as we are now?!

We really miss that bloke at the back who could score from corners :(

Loved that season though, especially the end of it. I remember Palacios getting his ban and thinking how we would lose to Arsenal and Chelsea with a midfield of Modric and Huddlestone. Then we go on and win both of them with Gomes playing an absolute blinder against the gooners. Shame to say it but the wonky 442 we had worked well that year but to then to change it to two out and out wingers with two passers in the middle was immense.
Also, count how often we had 3-4 men in the box waiting for the cross.

I remember a while back when Harry was sacked my Dad saying this was the best he had seen a Spurs side play in a very long time and that the Chairman was a bell*** to be sacking him. I told him we would be fine, now he just looks knowingly at me when i swear at the box every Sunday lol
