Ok, sure we had something like this on the old board.

I'm starting to workout for the first time in ages. I'm pretty slim (11 stone/6ft)
and taking ANOTHER attempt at trying to get a bit bigger.

Any tips?

I'm only working out from home using free weights and any other things I can do with everyday things (crunches/pull ups on chairs etc)

My motabolism is stupidly fast, if I work out on the same diet I just get skinnier.

To help hold the weight on and increase gain, I'm having a couple of shakes on top of 4 meals a day. Plus taking creatine and Animal Stak(making a big difference)

Just wanted to see what others are doing if they're doing anything similar ??
