Anyone recommend anything decent with a good track record, looking for someone who can do the coding but also come up with good design ideas for front end as well. Would be a fairly major system.
 
System with a front end for regular people to use everyday, would essentially be a large database with complicated rules around it which would change the look and feel, eligitilty etc based on the data its populated with.
