So, what happened today?

I’ve struggled to find a good English word for it - it’s a kind of a chronic «funnybone» condition (what a silly word, in Norwegian we call it «widow’s shock» - also very silly, I guess), or an overburdened epicondyle of the elbow. I’ve finally found a few muscles to hit around that area to supports it more, and it seems to finally begin to work.

It’s enough to support Spurs to contract these weird things! 😅
Might be 'tennis elbow' in English mate?

Took my 8 year old with me and drove to Bodø for his first Bodø/Glimt game. They've been utter crap the last weeks, drawing one and losing one 5-0 to last years champions, Viking Stavanger. Fortunately they looked more like themselves today, and won 3-0 on a beautiful, beautiful day in the sunshine and 16 degrees. Really nice day with him, and he even got to high 5 with a lot of the players after the game!
