FM Scouting is real...

I've long thought that it would be very surprising if the information amassed in the FM database wasn't at least helpful to some managers/scouts/DoFs/head coaches.

The extent to it's use and the nature of it's use is something different. But surely the information in there should have some value.

Was a story a couple of years ago about Everton using that information (under Moyes), not sure if it was just a publicity stunt or a real story. I'm guessing in general the information would be more valuable to somewhat smaller clubs without the budgets to scout extensively across many nations and continents.
