Our goalkeepers tend to kick the ball long, both of them do, Friedel has got better at passing it short, but whenever we kick the ball long, we seem to lose possession. Against Chelsea it was insane. Which team did we last have any luck with long balls by the goalkeeper? Can anyone remember any?

We have stopped moving, passing and then moving. When did we stop this?

We've stopped switching the play as often as we did... I'm sure a few players only did it because they were high on confidence, but BAE used to try it a couple of times per month, I haven't seen us do it that often, aside from Walker from a free kick against Norwich, which doesn't really count. We used to do it a few times per game, I know I counted on some games. When did this slow down to maybe once per game?

We're defending way deeper without pressing. I don't know if it was just the opposition, but the only time I can remember us pressing lately was Swansea and that was purely because it was Swansea. Does anyone know when this changed too? I know we were pressing when we were in form, I just don't remember exactly when we hardly pressed until our bad run. It was probably a gradual thing and I just didn't notice when the energy levels dropped or something, but that change has been frustrating me for a while because I love pressing. <3

The ball in behind was on against Chelsea so many times, but Bale and Lennon were often too deep to make good use of it. (The only times we really exploited Chelsea's high line was the goal (Great throughball from Parker to Ade, not a ball over the top to Bale or Lennon) and on a few counter attacks which weren't balls over the top either... When did we last play a ball over the top to Bale or Lennon? Was it Modric to Bale a few matches ago?
