    Not that I'm bitter...

How dare you bring rationality into this. My thought process about that night when I dare think about it goes along the lines of... Armpit is not handball Ref screwed us But why the fudge has Sissoko got his arm up when standing in the middle of the area Liverpool were there for the taking if we...

Absolutely that can be questioned but that is a huge step from labelling someone a rape enablist as has been suggested on here

    Interim manager thread 2.0

Ethics in football have been nonexistent for some time now one could argue, certainly since the sky money became obscene and probably many years prior to that

    Interim manager thread 2.0

What are the quotes? I’m not being antagonistic but genuinely interested. If there are soundbites of de zerbi claiming rape and/or domestic abuse is fine then I’m firmly on board at protesting his arrival at our club If, as I expect, there are no quotes of this nature and that his selection of...

    Interim manager thread 2.0

I don’t know a lot about him, I’ll be honest, but if the hot headed ness claims are true then I’m not sure that’s what we need right now for the remaining games of this season. I would have thought calm was more the way forward

    Interim manager thread 2.0

Just caught up on this thread and genuinely was confused as to whether rumours were abound we were signing greenwood There seems to be two de zerbi debates going on, one whether he’s a suitable manager for us due to his tactics/hot headed ness etc which seems reasonable and another where his...

    Interim manager thread 2.0

Don’t know, I’m not part of the interviewing process. But traits such as ‘knows the players’ or ‘understands the DNA of the club’ should not be part of the considerations. In any managerial decision, ever. But especially not now

    Interim manager thread 2.0

How is Ben Davies even seriously being discussed? We have seven of the most important matches coming up possibly in the 40 years of me supporting Spurs and there’s talk about appointing someone who’s never managed a team before because ‘he knows the players’??!! What a fudging pile of waffle...

The *WHEN* we go down thread

Well if we went down our starting 11 first day of next season would be vastly different to if we stay up so need to take that into account After reading your post I checked on Leeds who got relegated in 2004 and I bet a large proportion of their fans thought they’d bounce straight back. They...

The *WHEN* we go down thread

There’s an assumption there that we’d bounce straight back up and while that’s likely, it’s by no means a certainty and we shouldn’t talk like it is

    OMT Badgers vs Eagles

Absolutely they should be ashamed of themselves but at the end of the season, not now. Now they have to fudging dig in If we’re going to discuss shame, the people leaving at half time or the ones I saw heading off on 75 mins should also be ashamed. The club needs us more than ever right now...

    OMT Badgers vs Eagles

Great post. The current rhetoric is to slam these players left right and centre but in actual fact, they are top quality and you don't get to where they are as professionals without having some fight. Does this mean they are beyond criticism? Of course not and some of them more than others None...

    OMT Badgers vs Eagles

Yes saw that too! This was my first PL game at the new stadium and I hated the sanitised feel of it like not replaying their goals on the big screen but only ours as if somehow we can’t take it. And no highlights at HT, I’m positive that used to happen at WHL Walking out the stadium was the...

What was the trigger in our downward trend?

Completely agree - these two helped elevate us to higher league positions than we would otherwise have struggled to reach Also, as someone mentioned above, instilling an attitude that we don't have to try to win every match to a young group has potentially lead to this situation. I get why Ange...

The *WHEN* we go down thread

According to BBC, opta have crunched the numbers for relegation and apparently we have less than a 5% chance of going down. Not totally sure how they work it, presumably a number of simulations with various factors thrown in?, but that figure sounds remarkably low considering where we are in the...

    OMT Badgers vs Eagles

No thanks!! Ones probably enough. Although I went to three EL games last season and we won them all - tho it was against the likes of qarabag and the team who’s fans were waving fish about

    OMT Badgers vs Eagles

I’m going to this, my first prem match in the new stadium and my brothers first trip there for anything. I’m hopeful without feeling in any way optimistic

The *WHEN* we go down thread

If there was some kind of guarantee we would bounce straight back up then I’d sort of be inclined to agree with you but that guarantee doesn’t exist and relegation could possibly be an unmitigated disaster fudge of epic proportions which would make a boardroom reset not worth the price
