Huh where have I said that? Or rather I thought I said winning both are a remote possibility given the quality of teams in the LC. That's a harsh reality of where we are currently in this manager 's cycle and given our injuries. So yes I prioritise money at this stage to buy better players.

Against PL opposition. Have you seen the teams left?

As was winning the League Cup. But at least progressing in the CL and PL gives us the financial benefits of continuing to build our squad. So we are right to prioritise those tournaments.

He's a thug all the time. Hopefully Palhinha cleans him out when we play in the PL.

It was a scissor tackle though with no attempt to play the ball. For me should have been more than a yellow. I can understand why Kudus was angry.

Yep doubly poor by the ref. That tackle from Joelinton had no place on a football pitch. Shame on the ref.

Somebody needs to explain how the scissor tackle by Joelinton was worth the same card as the push from Kudus. I understand Kudus's reaction. Terrible tackle followed by an awful decision by the ref. Why the fudge is there no VAR in this round?

Could you imagine Spence doing that if Conte was in charge?.. way too casual.

    Archie Gray

Maybe it's part of a cunning ruse and he will be available tonight...

,@tommysvr disputing any of those? Gray is the only one that has come from training.

3 of those injuries happened as a result of International duty. 3 were long term injuries. Gray is a training ground injury. So not yet the same as the muscle injuries we saw previously. That may still come of course.

    Guglielmo Vicario

He doesn’t always get the ball. The ball in the air really doesn’t appear to be a strength. I think we will have to agree to disagree!

I used the eye test when the ball is in the air and felt he has a tendency to flap at it. But he is a brilliant shot stopper.

Including your good self btw 😄. I said earlier that I didn't think he was as good as we need, to challenge, but it's the coaches and TF who see him day in and day out who's opinion count the most. He's been great last 2 games but he has been prone to mistakes too especially taking the ball from...

Definitely proved me wrong over the last couple of games. Long may it continue!

    Thomas Frank - Head Coach

3 of the injuries were there before he arrived and Dom's injury is part of a long term one. What we are not seeing (yet) are the muscle injuries. Although it's early so they could still come. I'll be interested to see how he manages them. The rotation between games is impressive and may prevent...

    Thomas Frank - Head Coach

Patience is earned. And it is different for every manager. IMHO, Poch showed he could manage us in multiple competitions. He deserved more patience after the Champions League final and because that squad needed a rebuild. But maybe he didn't have anything left to give. I'm not sure which other...
