I've done Paris and The Belfry, many years apart obviously. That buzz you get when a great shot is hit and when a putt is sunk. The roars from around the entire course as things happen on different holes. It's probably one of those where you need to be there to be fair. Not sure you could make...

I think it's still a Moore, Charlton, Kane debate for some. Less so Greaves because he never made that WC final. Shilts would be in with a shout. I genuinely think the most talented was Gazza, but I don't think he's the best. That probably is Kane at this point.

Of course, but Dragusin is different from Danso who is different from Sarr who is different from Romero, Spence, Lanks, Devine, Phillips, Vic, Vuskovic, Solomon, Scarlett etc. Look at the list and you see a player in Dragusin whose agent was always being an idiot. You see Solomon and his SM...

Do you not wonder though why the club, mostly through RDZ, spoke about a lot of player's dispositions about staying or leaving but only one player ultimately became a problem? The contrast in behaviour between Richi and Bergval is staggering to me. Very similar situations but the young gun...

What's nice about the last sub-theme you wrote is that our club doesn't distinguish between whether it is the club captain or whether it is a player that would naturally be in the departure lounge. Every player needs to be beholding to the same standards. I felt exactly the same as you on...

It's actually an area that I deep dived in the workplace through the lens of an Occupational Health company. In the UK we went through a period where everyone was jumping on the Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) bandwagon. Companies believe they could tackle MH in the workplace by having MHFA'ers...

I'd actually have a lot more respect if posters didn't play this card repeatedly. We've seen it a fair few times e.g. Ange, Frank etc. There are endless pages of really objective and friendly conversations about Richi. It's been a fascinating topic and great contributions from pretty much...

Tennis was the game I loved playing but could never get into watching it. I even went to Wimbledon and watched it live but didn't enjoy it. I'm not a big watcher of sport on TV though. My love of live TV football is gradually being drained by what is happening. I have a local step 5 team that...

Looks like it was his arm that was landed on. Probably a better scenario than more soft tissue hamstring issues. Let's hope he doesn't have a broken wrist / arm.

Yeah, hopeful that he has continued the therapy that he talked so highly of a couple of years back. Whilst his mental health equation doesn't make what he did right for me, it can explain a headspace and behaviour. Richi has openly spoken about his depression in the past and nobody wants to see...

You mean acting like a "professional" in your job and respecting your employers. GHod forbid.

This is a little bit of revisionism for me. Richi put a thinly veiled threat (implied to be towards THFC) out on social media that he would decide his future and people in the past had created him issues. The Ndiaye angle wasn't the reason that this thing blew up. I don't thing anyone would...

I stand by what I said Steff. This social media offload stuff is incredibly important in our society and is getting worse. You can be an absolute saint in life (as you show above) but when the pressure is on you personally then you still need to show as much credibility. Richi didn't, like so...

Naughty Emirates Marketing Project - Spot of Compo??

As I've already said, I would be looking for my own club to boycott the Etihad games and not invite them to our stadium. I would like to see all 19 clubs create their own sanction if the PL sanctioning process isn't proportionate. It would be a real shame if the fans have to be the ones to make...

I was also thinking about it as well. Imagine if there was a trust model where the trustees are the FA and a holding UK bank in our case. So City want to inject additional cash into their club but first they have to setup a continuation trust that de-risks the owners withdrawing. In the event...

More reason why the 19 clubs should have a formal meeting now with nobody else invited.

Naughty Emirates Marketing Project - Spot of Compo??

No, I wasn't saying that the other clubs should expel City. I said that the 19 clubs should decide what sanctions they feel are proportionate to the crime. I don't actually know what that would be but if I'm a long term PL participant like Spurs then I would want the trophies stripped and I...
