    For me, another huge major issue is the optical echo of the headline. A whole raft of people will now suddenly think ND-issues are all (essentially) rubbish and conflate them into being 'lefty woke' blah blah blah. You know what I'm saying...those folks have been empowered. Makes me angry and sad.

    I agree with all of this theoretically AND think this 2 year minimum rubbish is hugely detrimental. Your observations on lighting are particularly sharp IMO, in fact I think all of them (beyond the buskers, I disagree with you there!) are on point.
