Absolutely the worst place to conceded a free kick

Get the fudge in! We look quality, Maddison brings so much to this team — he dragged about three players out of position just by playing one-twos, then we broke

That was comical. Just as we had them pushed back

Every single match the opposition just need to crumple and it’s a free kick.

Tel playing well. Need to take one of Richy / Muani off, it’s like 10-men

Wouldn’t be against Muani up front and Spence on the right… just swing in some crosses

Tel looks promising, but Richy and Muani anonymous… we haven’t played badly but just not enough quality up front.

I think you’ve hit the tickle my balls with a feather…However, I believe the Premier League has also reinforced the idea that entertainment / value of the PL should also be taken into consideration (I.e new winner every 6 years, trying not to take too long on VAR etc) Both of those are corruption imo. If...

That’s a great point. Why aren’t they ashamed? Instead they’re constantly gaslighting to justify their bad decision. In a normal environment they’d be apologising and saying it’s not up to scratch but they are trying to do better… every part of PGMOL is a disgrace really.

Common sense says there’s no way incompetence could be this bad, and also no way it could always favour/punish the same teams over and over. As much as we say the refs are terrible, they still made it to PL levels and the number of mistakes is beyond suspicious. Clearly corrupt imo. Has been...

I’d prob take us needing a win against Everton. If spammers win today we are in deep doo doo. If we need 1 point, amazing. If we need 3 points, doable. If we need 4 points…gulp.

Have read a few places he starts 1st July, is that correct? If so, this could go either way. Their last 2 matches are essentially dead rubbers and with an interim manager they know will be gone. The key issue will be can they raise their game based purely on wanting us relegated. They’ll want...

BBC: “The former Real Madrid and Bayer Leverkusen boss, 44, is expected to sign a four-year deal in the coming days.” Hopefully Weds am… Ffs, just seen it’s agreed in principle.

True. But better to know that before kick off… at least we’d have a chance to do something about it. If Spam beat Saudi Sportswashing Machine we are in trouble regardless, at least playing second we know the situation.

Massive advantage for us that they play first. Especially if they lose, we know a draw at Stamford Bridge will do it. (With a second chance the following weekend)

***OMT - Tottenham Hotspur v Leeds United, Mon May 11th, 8pm, Tottenham Hotspur Stadium***

Yeah there’s no replay that shows conclusively he touched the ball. This instance highlights the major flaw of VAR as it is used today. 1) Refs are focussed on “not making mistakes” rather than “applying the rules as fairly as possible”. This leads to them not giving decisions as VAR can check...

That’s terrible. I must admit I thought this at the time (was right in line with the foul) and not a single replay I’ve seen has changed my mind. Referring has never been worse imo
