I’m sure he cares but he is devoid of confidence and definitely not cut out for this league.

Sunday is going to be an absolute nerve-shredder. If Everton score we will be bang in trouble.

If we stay up with Muani and Richarlison up front it beats the achievement of the double team.

    Roberto De Zerbi *OFFICIAL*

Slightly concerned by the tone of some conversations here that seem to have taken for granted that we are staying up. Can I present the nightmare scenario of us suffering (perhaps a heavy) defeat tonight with a poor performance, us and then going into Sunday’s game needing to secure a point at...

Well, the chairman was proclaiming the stadium “a game-changer” and talking up us fighting for the title each season, so maybe not too surprising that lots of fans then bought into that idea.

Wasn't it the case that Solanke has barely missed a game in his professional career before he came to us? Pretty sure that is true of some other members of the current squad.

Politics, politics, politics (so long and thanks for all the fish)

In theory, yes. I think, though, in our current era of perosnality politics (which is what this entire Labour bunfight is about) GE votes are very much about who people want to see as PM.

Got to be the worst team to win the league since the Arsenal team of the late 80s/early 90s. Absolutely zero flair. They are a truly terrible watch.

A late equaliser here would be hilarious.

No reason at all that we can’t get at least a point. Their form is through the floor and there is a fair amount of pressure on them to stop us securing safety at their place. It would feel unbelievable to get it done and dusted tomorrow night.

Yip. That’s three consecutive losses, isn’t it? They may not get much change out of Leeds next week, although hoping we don’t need to worry about that. Just heard Nuno interviewed on the radio and he sounded broken.

A draw here would affect things. Should we lose tomorrow night we’d have to go into the last day needing to win to be sure, rather than draw…unless my Maths is wrong.

Some of the additional times allocated this season have been as strange as the VAR calls. Like VAR there seems to be no rhyme nor reason to it.
