Damn, feel for him. Silver lining he will be with us next season if in the Championship....

Go up or go down, long as RDZ is manager I'm ok with it. For all the negative being spun on here about him (not just talking about the Greenwood situation) I really like the cut of his jib. I believe he will sort us out whether that be from the Championship or PL next season.....

The we are staying up thread

West Ham have a good record against the Goons, who themselves don't look great. Saudi Sportswashing Machine are rubbish now and know Howe is a dead man walking. I'm not convinced the Hammers will pick up many points, but i wouldn't say so with any degree of certainty....

This win changes a lot. The team hasn't won in four months - it is massive for belief and you could see the relief from the players, it's a big psychological step. Whether we go down or not remains to be seen, but our fixtures are pretty even on the difficulty scale so it's certainly all to...

We've stopped the rot, you don't go four months without a win and then expect to see some stellar football whilst winning. A draw followed by a win - momentum is a real thing. Let's keep going....

I don't think anybody has said it's all down to Frank, but at the end of the day he was the manager and has to take a large portion of responsibility - you know just like Ange did on here even after winning a trophy. I think he's a good coach, but never believed he would work here - it just...

Well the popular line trotted out up until two hours ago was 'I can't see us winning another game this season' so that's progress at least :)....

Personally I think we would have been a little better with Ange as the players are more geared to his style (if he could actually keep VDV and Romero fit, something Frank should get credit for). But regardless, West Ham were on a run of no win in ten and looked poor against us and very lucky to...

With Oxford being relegated would it be allowed to recall Lankshear if Solanke is injured?

Frank had been taking down for months, the downward trajectory started with him and it wasn't for just a few games. He was sacked after not winning a game in our last nine Premier League games. If you don't think not winning for such a period of time doesn't impact the players confidence I'm...

People were complaining about him playing before the Brighton game and it ended up we played well. Not sure why he would be dropped for this one....

RDZ talks about Muanis quality and how he hasn't shown it here, which I think is fair. I've seen him before coming here and he has been very good. A good coach will back himself to improve him, it's not going to happen straight away. And the alternatives are Richi or Tel who are not right...

    Destiny Udogie

He's not special enough to keep on the books with so many injuries. People got over excited about him because he's a left footed left back who offers natural width which is great but we could find many a left back with similar performance ability levels - and heaven forbid if we are feeling...

We have brick decisions go against us and place more weight on those and remember them more. You could go over to any other clubs forum and find their fans on a weekly basis going on about the same thing. The idea that we are getting more decisions go against us because of who we are and our...

People are talking as if it's just Spurs who suffer from poor refereeing decisions. The refs and VAR are brick, all clubs suffer from it - there's not some anti Spurs refereeing bias going on....

Not to mention it's not 'jumping ship' if they are going to become a football manager which is a clear promotion and aspiration of theirs. If they were leaving to another coaching role that is a different matter.....

I wish we got 'dragged down' to Chelsea's level. I'd say we have more similarities with West Ham, just a richer version....

    Job Hunting in 2026

Haha I just wasn't sure if smaller local recruiters primarily use LinkedIn more than the likes of Reed that you mention or other online sites, but it sounds like you've exhausting all the options so will get hits by whatever means :)....

    Job Hunting in 2026

I would say LinkedIn is your best bet these days, you would find everything posted there first from my experience but I'm working and living in London - I don't know if would be any different in Norwich, there will be people far more qualified that can elaborate. Good luck mate....
