OMT Spurs vs Geordies 7.30 Tuesday 10th Feb

Just three attacking players again at home to a struggling team. Sigh. At least with Bissouma we have a ball progresser in there. All be it with the risks that comes with for him.

I must have played a different game. How do you not follow through when kicking the ball? It’s literally what you’re trained to do.

Much lower on the leg. Not another player in the league that gets sent off there.

Frank has Odobert too far back here. Gallagher picked up possession a couple of times where you want Odobert.

It’s a tough one and I can see both sides. Do we sign short term players that we may not need when current players return. And then we’ve used our funds that could have been held for summer and spent on ‘better’ targets. Squad is going to be bloated as it is next season with likely no Europe...

Thought Harvey Elliott might be a short term loan option if Villa were to hand him back to Liv early. Bit of cover on the right until Kudus back. Emery has said he is defo going back end of season anyway. Although a lot of that England U21 line up not cutting it in prem.

    Xavi Simons

Yesterday showed what can happen with a bit of patience. Yes, you get the odd 5 yard pass misplaced but there is so much to like....and its getting better and better. And I also love how much effort he puts in and his reaction to the 2nd goal shows how much he cares.

Why did he leave Odobert out? Surely need a ball carrier here with pace.

The owners are really really committed (I can’t remember if it was 2 really’s or 3), but let Mbuemo and Cunha go to Utd when they had no European football and we had just beaten them to a major trophy and have Champions League football. And also went for Bowen’s understudy and not Bowen. Maybe...

Thomas Frank - Former Head Coach

Well he did say how difficult it was to get player 'trading' done in January. He seems to be a man of his word! Just an average 8 and a young player for the future and we have a few days left. Don't get your hopes up for anything more.

Thomas Frank - Former Head Coach

Shall we dissect 'proven'? Richarlison averaged a goal ever 250 mins in the season before we bought him. He's kind of delivered that. Mbuemo averaged a goal every 170 mins the season before Utd bought him. He's kind of delivered that. You get what you pay for. There's also the eye test. My...
