That's what attacking with intent creates though, luck. Go at your man and see what happens.

Good half of football let down by misplaced passes and foolishness. Bissouma and Gallagher very good Intent from the team also good, so Frank has done his job Just the usual sloppiness in the final third and at the back

Vicario and Xavi must be the worst passers out there. Ends up with a goal conceded All that hard work undone. Been great for 44 minutes

Ref refusing to book any of theirs until he gets to book one of ours first I see

Xavi loves an under weighted pass

For him to be cleary better? I'm struggling personally. Spence performance v Dortmund is better than anything I've seen Tel produce. I actually prefer Odobert to him, again he goes forward and tries to isolate.

1-0 Another great finish from Vertonghen Banter defending from Walker

I don't see that at all. Spence goes forward at pace, Tel rarely does. Spence for me shows much more intent to isolate and attack his full back.

There should be a stat in scouting for 'final third intelligence' Would love to see our players ratings

Bissouma has carried on from his sub appearance. Just showing and then moving the ball intelligently. Hopefully he keeps this level for a sustained period

Hopefully this bid for Vicario comes in from Inter

Personally I hope it's the former, keep going with some sort of momentum

Don't think he has to be. Davies instantly improved the left side and his legs went years ago, it's more about balance to me. If we have a first choice an up and coming potential and a experienced cover I don't really see the negative. Can save Udogie having to be flogged and free up Spence to...

Also The idea that Toney wouldn't be a better back up than Tel etc is a bit bonkers fudge knows if Solanke is going to last but someone is needed of his mould to rotate and sub for him.

Ball being help up top allows the team to transition Also stops our attacks turning into the other teams counter attacks

Partly showing that we don't even need a top top striker, just a capable one to totally change the dynamic of the team.

I genuinely had forgotten what it looked like to see a striker take a pass with his back to goal and retain possession.
