OMT *** Tottenham Hotspur v Brentford FC ***

Ok. Any other game(s)? Or was that the only one in your opinion?

OMT *** Tottenham Hotspur v Brentford FC ***

Ok. What games have you seen form his here that you are comparing his play to recent performances that gives you that feeling? This is me assuming you've seen at least one game he's played for us when he didn't look disinterested

OMT *** Tottenham Hotspur v Brentford FC ***

A very boring watch. At least we didn't lose i suppose. In fact, was it not Brentford away our last 0-0 draw in the PL in the run-up to us pipping Arsenal to 4th under Conte? Can anyone explain why Richarlison is starting over Kolo Muani these days? Odobert started promisingly, but again faded...

When do you think that will be? Hoping to get a ticket for a friend who's a non-Spurs fan but loves our stadium as a birthday treat...

So apparently Emirates Marketing Project are very close to tieing up a deal for Semenyo...does anyone else ask if this makes sense? Hr seems as far as anyone from a 'Pep player'...

    Thomas Frank - Head Coach

You might be right about Frank not getting the best out of what he has...but what are we using as a basis for that? Can we point to a set of games where the current combination of players was 'playing at its best'? And how far below that level are we currently?

    Thomas Frank - Head Coach

This is disingenuous in that i'm certain you wouldn't give Frank that "the other team had a week to prepare" excuse even though he is in his FIRST season in the job AND having to navigate the league and a much tougher European competition. The less said about you excusing a loss against a...

Quite good? Are you forgetting the horrendous losses to Brighton, Palace and Ipswich (when we had a chance to go third) BEFORE the horrendous injury lists really kicked in???

    Thomas Frank - Head Coach

It's all about timing in the job. When people were saying that about Ange he was in his second year in the role, meanwhile Frank is in his first year....context is everything (i'm sure you deep down know that...)

tinkle poor planning indeed. Almost like aiming for football excellence is secondary....

    Thomas Frank - Head Coach

That 4-0 at the Etihad was the most classic smash-n-garb you'd see. We were VERY luck to win that game let alone by that scoreline. It was absolutely GREAT considering the defensive injuries we had. But we have to note that this season's win was much more controlled and gave me the (false dawn?)...

    Thomas Frank - Head Coach

Yeah, we got a massive bonus from Ange's time here in winning that EL last season. Not only did it get the 17-year trophy monkey off our backs, it gave us CL football (the semi-holy grail). I thought it right that the club terminate Ange's contract but also that it was right he got to bask in...

What would YOUR priority signing be in the Jan transfer window?

No harm in having dreams, i guess (let's ignore the big possibility of having just Lange trying to make signings next month...)

What would YOUR priority signing be in the Jan transfer window?

Competing? I thought it was reported we were well out of it, no??

    Thomas Frank - Head Coach

Yes. I think if we are being brutally honest, it;s a reflection of how the ownership have driven down our appeal over the last decade. Even the hiring of Ange after Conte could be seen in the same light (though, of course, we'd all be forever grateful we got that EL win last May)

    Dominic Solanke

Really?? He's not much better than Solanke imo. He'd look even worse at a club like ours

Sadly, this is what happens when you are lucky to have great players land in our lap all at the right times (Poch years) and then you show little ambition. It has fully caught up with us recently. ....sigh....

TF is likely Lange's man....if Fab goes, surely it means TF and Lange will be in it for the long haul and he'd only go if/when it looks like European qualification is out of the question....or relegation is possible...?

    Cristian Romero

Yes, watch the replays. He hit out with his heel as they were getting up from being entangled...I'd say Konate played a blinder in winding him up there...
